In the Odyssey, Homer describes the “wine-dark sea.”
A strange color description.
Black is mentioned almost 200 times and white around 100.
Red is mentioned not more than 15 times,
and yellow and green less than 10.
But there was never anything described as “blue.”

Ten thousand lines, brimming with descriptions of the heavens
the sun and reddening dawn’s play of color,
day and night, cloud and lightning, the air and ether,
all these are unfolded before us, again and again…
but there is one thing no one would ever learn from these ancient songs…
and that is that the sky nor the sea is blue.”

The word didn’t even exist.

There was no blue.

Blè, the color blue in Greek

Blè

True love never has a sad, nor a happy ending,
because there is no ending to true love

Alexander the Great

Storyteller

There is a myth about a bird that will sing only once in its life, more sweetly than any other creature on the face of this earth. One superlative song, the most beautiful cry, but the bird’s own existence is the price. It will search for THE thorn by the rose, it will not rest until found. Then, it impales itself upon. Singing, dying, the bird rises above its own agony. The whole world stills to listen. The Lion in His Mountains and trees, in his light and darkness, smiles. The queen in her beauty and sadness, grieves. The princess stands still and asks “what is love ?”. The warrior kneels and listens to the sweetest song that comes at the cost of great pain. The lion whispers: “between the thorns there is time, live it.”

Beginning - Intro

Sweet devotion in a myth never told,
Happiness does not come with immortality but with pain.
Death is not the end but a new melody, a new beginning.
Never has there been a cause so lost.
The enemy so loved, A warrior so strong and yet so weak.
Blè his name.
He had the deep voice of a beautiful lion, once wounded.
His eyes had the color of a thousand skies
A proud Lion leading lambs into battle.
Wisdom of nature, listener to trees, honoring the prey,
learning something new, day by day.
He offers peace and shelter but never had there been a cause so lost.
She, a beauty so Devine that even the God of gods could not resist.
Her soul lingers in confusion. All her heart wanted is to love and to be loved.
There are feelings deep within that question her thoughts.
Her mind, running in circles wanting answers.

Goddess in despair (Leto)

In the dark, there is fear hidden deep within that she cannot understand.
He has given life in her, she cannot describe but makes her feel so alive at his command.
Her body shivers with the touch of something unknown as it hits her skin.
Each step she takes leave no traces, hidden from all to see, Life breathes within.
Her only hope, someone to save her from all the pain and anguish that she has endured.
Demons of fate begin to surround her, closing in on her.
The gasp as she struggles to become free of the ongoing nightmare dragging her to the ends of the earth.
The chill starts to sink into her skin as she realizes there is nothing she can do but try to grab onto something to pull herself out and cling to life as she is being suffocated into lifelessness. A hand reaches down and pulls her back up bringing her back to life as she breathes in deeply as the color returns to her skin.
A whisper that she hears from the deep voice soothes her fears, not for just that moment. Eternity, as she closes her eyes.

LETO

My heart has been broken into so many pieces but yet begins to mend and become whole. The past becomes a memory that begins to disappear.
Love that was once strong begins to dwindle as she sees that there was only deception on His part.
“Oh Zeus, thoughtlessly you took my body causing so much pain.”

Her mind has so many thoughts going through, making her understand that it was not her that caused the pain that she went through as her heart broke.
She smiles as the new day begins to dawn and bring thoughts of what will be.
The awakening of her mind as she sees the lies that took their toll and came back to haunt her for just one moment, then to slip away once more.
